Handmade by our very own talented Butcher Conner. A succulent dry aged center cut Fillet with a layer of delicious wild mushroom duxelles. Then wrapped in an all butter puff pastry.
 
Cooking instructions - 
  1. Take the Wellington out the fridge 2-3 hours before cooking
  2. Preheat your oven to 180c 
  3. Egg wash the wellington on top 
  4. Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes
  5. Allow to rest for 10 minutes
