A superbly tender cut of lamb, our grass-fed Lamb Rump Steaks has a stunning fine-grained texture. The addition of fat adds to the ease of cooking as well as adding a beautiful buttery texture and a rich burst of flavour.
So tender and delicious with asparagus, tiny new potatoes and a fresh mint and coriander sauce.
Gorgeous meat. I cut them up and made a Kashmiri curry. The meat was such high quality I'm going to try them as just plain steaks next time. Yum.
