Shin Of Beef Boneless (500g)
There’s little that’s more comforting in those winter months then a hearty beef stew. Easy to prepare and cooked as slowly as possible.
Shin is one of the hardworking parts of the beef carcass, so needs long cooking at a low heat to relax the muscle and melt all the gelatinous bits. It’s well worth the wait, though and will result in a dish that melts in the mouth. 100% Grass Fed sourced locally from Surrey Farms and aged on the bone for 28 days to ensure maximum flavour.
I gave these a dust of flour, a sear, and into the slowcooker with some onions, carrots, and stock for 8hrs. Amazing flavour and just the ticket for late autumn. Definitely going to order again for a beef shin chilli to cook slow in some smoke on the barbeque.
